How can you transmit if your dentist found cavity?

In the chair, I attain pretty nervous when he is pushing on my teeth next to the metal instrument. Is there any course I can tell if he found a cavity, because he wait ALL THE WAY till the end to give an account me, and waiting that long kills me. So any channel to tell if he found a cavity?How can you transmit if your dentist found cavity?
I know what you miserable! I hate it! First ask him to relate you. Or just linger I mean it isnt that bleak to wait it wont take out you. Or with the insturment, if it feel sticky that means you own a cavity. So you should feel the poker point kind fo stick to your teeth. Thats how I bring up to date

Cavities are holes in your teeth. If the hole on your tooth is open, then it's a cavity. Don't sweat it, cavity are no biggie. But one is too many. I expected the procedure of filling surrounded by a cavity is easy. I use to find nervous at the dentist myself. But you enjoy to remember, they're helping you...and also taking your money haha.
when they are looking at your teeth, they are actually looking for small "holes" surrounded by your teeth (this is when they start to pick at your teeth) if the hole is deep afterwards you have a cavity. i guess when he is in actuality looking at your teeth and if it hurts a lot when hes using that "metal instrument" consequently you have one
