How can i mend the cut on the inside of my mouth?

i accidentally cut the inside of my mouth while chewing--(and no, my teeth arent "sharp") and i dont know how to heel it fast ample.How can i mend the cut on the inside of my mouth?
Swish hot to warm marine with brackish desolved into it. It will sting for a few but it will help clear up sooner. (it help if you do it everyday like at smallest once a day.)
simple.apply Dentogel or any other gum twinge 2 to4 times a day on effect area
disappointingly not a lot you can do lass - horrible place to cut yourself though isn't it.
