Get floss picks. They are little plastic tools that hold the floss so it is easier to floss. You can draw from them at any store in the toothpaste aisle. They come within a bag of 50 or so.
you don't. you brush the tops of the teeth and floss "contained by between". the purpose of floss is to clean between the teeth where on earth a brush will not work.
well you dont floss the top most or occlusal section of tooth you floss in between teeth, any you can do it with the aid of your fingers holdin the floss or by using the floss holders avilable commercially , to floss it with the give a hand of fingers you need to cut the floss of so-so length say 8 inches or so... and you wrap it around middle fingers of both the hand and guiding its movement with the give support to of index fingers , moving it in and out and moving it from one finishing till the other whilecontinuing in and out movement .this style you floss both your lower and upper teeth .
