i dont like the teeth whitening strips because they manufacture my teeth sensitive to cold things. my teeth are kind of washed out and i want them really white!How can i label my teeth whiter?
Cut out all sugary and caffeine drinks resembling coke, coffee, tea cordials. Brush with whitening toothpaste twice a sunshine. See a dentist for suggestions. Don't smoke! it stains your teeth!
go to the dentist and own them bleached
