How can you put in the picture if something is inside the hole within your gums after oral surgery?

I had my teachings tooth pulled Monday, I'm worried that something will be stuck in the hole and next it seals up.
But anyways, how can you explain to if something is inside that hole?How can you put in the picture if something is inside the hole within your gums after oral surgery?
You will feel a horrendous pain-trust me!!
Throbbing headache. I just have all 4 of my wisdoms extracted 2 weeks ago. Do alot of heat salt hose rinses, and if you're still worried just ring up your oral surgeon and they'll have you come within and use a syringe thingie-ma-bob to rinse and suck out whatever might be within there.
