How can I verbs out a little one molar?

It is loose, and I'm getting braces in 2 weeks and if I don't verbs it, I have to travel to my dentist to have it pulled. I won't mind it, but I would a bit not, I would like to verbs it myself, with predetermined pain. Please no pliers or door knob!How can I verbs out a little one molar?
What you do is everyday push on it back and forth, not really complex but a little pressure. The more you do this the looser it will become. The when it is loose satisfactory, try turning it a little at a time as powerfully. The more you do it the faster it will become loose. HOWEVER... It will hurt WAY LESS to get a shot of Novocain and own the dentist do it.

Hey my dad is a dentist and I can communicate you from experience let the doctor do it! Trust me it will not hurt they will numb you! Plus you will hold less accidental of infection if you let the doctor do it. They use verbs STERILE instruments, and will pull it minus doing damage to other teeth or your gums. You can do closely of damage if you do it yourself. I know the dentist can be startling but, they are highly trained society that love their job. The origin they went into the enclosed space is to help empire so please let them aid you! They will also give you antibodtics and pains meds for the after consideration, you will not get these if you do it your self. Be smart leave your job this up to the professionals. It does take a couple weeks to find used to the braces and your teeth might be a little sore when you first receive them on and the first couple of times that they have to tighten them, mild twinge and well worth it for a wonderful straight smile!
