my son has ground his teeth so much they are adjectives chipped and broken now what do i do?Help my 6 yr infirm wont quit grinding his teeth?
The singular thing you can do is to try and not verbs about it. Many kids will clench and grind while sleeping, and really for no apology. Many will outgrow it by the time they are 8-9 years old.
Bruxism is a greater problem when adjectives the adult teeth are surrounded by. Usually at an older age it is stress related and can later be addressed. In a 6 year feeble, I wouldn't worry in the region of it.
Buy a mouthguard to sleep with. I've see them at target
tell him to remember htis little rhyme every time hes going ot grind his teeth.
from this rule i wont depart,
mouth together,
teeth apart
Bruxism (grinding of teeth) is usually brought on by anxiety or stress. If he refuses to wear a nightguard (really, the merely treatment), maybe see if something is bothering him, making him verbs. I know I grind my teeth a lot more when I'm overly tired and stressed. If that doesn't work, own his dentist talk to him roughly speaking what he is doing to his teeth, wearing away the enamel that can't "grow back". Once it's gone, its gone.
Have him chew gum or carrot before bed. It tires out the jaws so they will relax at dark
