Recently I have be having problems next to my wisdom teeth resulting contained by severe pain and a horrid sore throat which incapacitated for a little days, I finally went to my dentist as the throbbing got so bleak. He said they are impacting and need taking out but he could not do the procedure as he is fully booked for the remaining mouth.
I'm beside Bupa and have full cover, would they know how to the procedure and would it be classed as dental work taking in mind they reimbursed for adjectives dental any way. What do you feel? Ta taHealth insurance? Bupa?
not sure, ring Bupa and ask.
My dentist referred me to the hospital for my impacted wisdom teeth. Due to the local trust trying to cut waiting list I had to be in motion to a private hospital anyway. so there you be in motion, NHS treatment in a 5 star hotel. I plan hospital!
I had my impacted experience teeth done on BUPA (agree - 5 star hotel!) but that was a long time ago - but I don't create in your mind that has changed.
Give them a ring!
As policies differ I suggest you impart them a ring and ask. I would ring ASAP so you can get it arranged instead of have to wait even longer.
If you hold full coverage it shouldn't be a problem. Usually, anything to do with teeth is regard as being dental unless your dentist refers you to a doctor.
Check your policy or better phone BUPA and ask them previously you make any financial commitment.
I have impacted wisdom teeth a few years ago and the misery is awful - I was beside PPP and they dealt beside it fine so dont think you should hold any problems with BUPA donate a try anyway - you can take codeine tablets which may lend a hand a bit
