Have you used Delta Dental? Do they provide obedient coverage? Or are they purely a discount service?

My husband's employer is switching their dental plan to Delta Dental in August, and I be just wondering what we can expect surrounded by terms of coverage and service.Have you used Delta Dental? Do they provide obedient coverage? Or are they purely a discount service?
Delta is an excellent company and not a discount plan. They extend three levels of coverage, though, and a myriad of plans inside those levels. There is no course to tell you from your press how good your coverage is.
Delta Premier is their best type of plan and usually covers 100% for cleaning, nouns and x-ray. It often covers 80% for filling and root canals and 50% for replacements similar to crowns, bridges and dentures.
There is a middle-ground PPO and also an HMO-style plan. The PPO can be used anywhere and the HMO can only be used contained by the office you are assigned to, although it can be your choice where on earth you sign up.
I am going to the dentist for the first time using Delta Dental today at 8:30 am today. What a coincidence!
Delta Dental used to handle Dental Insurance for ancestral members of US Military personnel. My wife & daughter used to acquire exams & cleanings at no cost to us. Other procedures (fillings, sealants, etc) were moderately covered, depending on what the procedure was.
We have no problems with them. Under our plan, you didn't own to see a "participating dentist", but if you did, they would even do the claims paperwork for you.
As a dental assistant in the Army, I thought the stratum of service we recieved was purely fine.
